In Consulting we work relentlessly with the development of ourselves and the people we manage. This is done continuously through extensive training and on-the job coaching and feedback. Over the course of a consulting career - even if just over a few years - people gain an extremely structured approach to problem solving, making it possible to generate well-documented solutions to challenging questions in a very short period of time. Furthermore, the ability to summarise and present findings to executive management in a convincing manner is a key success criteria.  


This training is now made available outside consulting through the 4-month program Consulting 101, which consists of 5 full-day trainings combined with individual coaching sessions working on real issues from your daily work.
