Modules Overview
Consulting 101 is developed to give the opportunity to spend 6 months as a consultant receiving the same kind of training and coaching as a supplement to your current job. It contains the core elements of the consulting toolbox - both in terms of Tackle & Solve and Engage & Mobilise.
During all modules we will be working on cases together - applying the learning directly to actual challenges.

Understanding key frameworks related to strategy, go-to-market/ commercial excellence, process optimization and organisation

Influencing and engaging with key stakeholders during a strategic project
Creating financial transparency to ensure value creation of strategic initiatives
Influencing senior stakeholders through generating insights, building trust and challenging
Preparing and running engaging workshops to involve a larger audience
Planning implementation, running a PMO and handling resistance

Presentation with impact
